From our table tops which are made from local recycled timber, to our waste conscious product selection, we endevour to maintain an environmentally friendly mindset

All the products in our cafe have been selected for their quality and environmental sustainability. The journey of many of our produce begins in the Manning Valley, from local businesses which maintain ethical and environmentally friendly business practices. We make an effort to avoid individually packaged products in our cafe to cut down on the amount of waste e produce, and that ultimately enters the environment. We have removed most of the reusable products we use in our cafe with recyclable alternatives, like our plastic bags and cups.

To raise awareness of environmental sustainability within our local community, we offer a discount to our environmentally conscious customers who carry a reusable coffee cup, and we'll also offer a first free coffee to anyone who purchases a reusable coffee cup from our cafe. We also have a partnership with the Taree Community Garden, so all of our waste and coffee grind gets used as compost instead of going in landfill.

Rudi's bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Smokey BBQ sauce.

Bacon & Egg Roll

Rudi's bacon, Hidden Valley free range eggs, BBQ saue on lightly toasted Turkish.

Steak sandwhich

150g scotch fillet, caramelized onions, Rudi's bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, tomato relish.
